Clive M Liu, MD PLLC
Dr. Liu is a board certified dermatologist specializing
in all disorders of the skin with primary clinical and
research interests in psoriasis, eczema, and skin cancer.
He is also expert in the treatment of a variety of conditions
including acne, warts, sun damage and hair loss.
Dr. Liu earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the New
York University School of Medicine in 1998. He completed
a year of internal medicine residency at the Tulane University
School of Medicine in New Orleans followed by a fellowship
in psoriasis at the University of California, San Francisco.
He next performed his dermatology residency at the University
of Utah and was named Chief Resident in 2002. After residency,
he joined the faculty at the University of Utah performing
further research into gene expression in psoriasis. Currently,
he is a member of the adjunct faculty at the University
of Washington and continues to teach and perform clinical
research.
Since joining the staff at Bellevue dermatology, his goals
are to establish an acclaimed center for the research
and treatment of psoriasis and other inflammatory skin
condition.

Lawrence Gogenola, M.D.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Gogenola
graduated from the University of Washington School of
Medicine and was board-certified in dermatology in 1987.
He has been practicing dermatology on the Eastside since
1988. Dr. Gogenola's special interests include the treatment
and prevention of skin cancer, cosmetic dermatology,
and the treatment of acne. He is also an avid skier
and enjoys physical fitness and conditioning.

John S. Walsh, M.D.
A Bellevue native, Dr. John Walsh received his B.S.
and M.D. degrees from the University of Washington, after
which he left the Northwest to complete his dermatology
residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin
and his dermatopathology fellowship at the University
of Colorado. He has served on faculty as an Assistant
Professor of Dermatology and Head of Dermatopathology
at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. After being
away for over thirteen years, Dr. Walsh and his family
are excited to have had the opportunity to return to the
Northwest. In addition to working at Bellevue Dermatology
Clinic, Dr. Walsh also practices dermatopathology at Dermatopathology
Northwest. He enjoys seeing patients with a variety of
dermatologic conditions and as a board certified dermatologist
and dermatopathologist he is able to provide his patients
experience in diagnosing dermatologic disorders both in
the clinic and under the microscope. When not working,
Dr. Walsh enjoys spending time with his wife and three
children

Kathy Madsen
Kathy grew up in Stanwood, Washington, and has been
with BDC for five years. She has been a registered nurse
since 1966 and worked in critical care nursing for nine
years before retiring to raise her family. She subsequently
returned to nursing and has worked in dermatology for
the past 13 years. Kathy loves spending time outdoors,
hiking, gardening, and being a grandma.

Glory Ordinario
Hailing from the Garden Island of Kauai, Hawaii,
Glory joined the BDC team in 2004. She is a Certified
Medical Assistant and a Certified Nursing Assistant.
In addition to her certifications, she holds an A.A.
in nursing from North Seattle Community College and
an A.A. from Bellevue Community College. In her spare
time, Glory enjoys coaching volleyball, loves dogs,
hiking, camping, knitting, cooking, and savoring the
delicacies of Spam and hot dogs.
